Role/Project Description :
- Should have 4 + years of industry experience with minimum 4+ years of experience in presales/proposal/bid management
- Drive responses and answers for RFPs, RFIs, RFOs, with proposals and other relevant collaterals
- Participate in RFP analysis thereby providing key inputs to the management towards go / no-go decisions
- Liaise with solution architects and technical consultants to contribute towards responses in proposals
- Conceptualize proposal story boarding and work with the team to formulize responses in line with the theme defined
- Experience in defining opportunity win themes and value differentiations for story boarding of RFP responses
- Prepare and deliver Statement of Work detailing the technical and commercial proposal to the Customers
- Work with partners/sub-contractors for managing the proposal response process
- Work with sales organizations for deal commercial modelling
- Work with the marketing team on developing sales collaterals, case studies and whitepapers
- Experience in working with public sector RFPs focusing in the North America market would be good to
have
- Prior experience in working on Microsoft/emerging technologies would be an advantage

- Understanding of Estimation techniques and Commercial / Pricing models
- Good understanding of SDLC Waterfall, Agile, DevOps processes
- Understanding of overall sales/presales lifecycle including Lead Generation, Bid Management / Pre[1]sales cycle, Project Execution, Support etc.
