Our client is a revolutionary company in the space of E-Surveillance, and they have been at the forefront of developing new products and techniques. Over time, they have been able to establish a strong presence in the India market, and developed a strong customer base. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and are currently looking at recruiting a AGM Warehouse, based out of their facility in Chakan (close to Pune).
Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end to end warehouse operations as per company policy and vision.
- Developing and implementing processes that track and document inventory level accurately.
- Monitoring Inventory levels and inventory movement using ERP systems.
- Reduce wastage and shrinkage to ensure streamlined operations
- Managing a large team of executives and be responsible for their development
The Successful Applicant
- You will have around 10 years of experience in the field of Warehouse/Inventory Management. Prior experience of working with an organization that uses ERP for managing Inventory is a must (could be any industry). The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead large teams, and liaise with senior stakeholders.
