AGM - Treasury - Commercial Vehicle Financing

Position : AGM (Treasury)

Qualification : MBA (Finance) / PGDFM/ CA (Inter/Final)

Exp. : 5 years (minimum)

CTC : 10 - 15 Lakhs

Location : Mumbai

Job Description:

1. Candidate should have sufficient experience in mobilizing Funds from Banks & Financial Institutions for meeting all types of Finance requirements of the Company from time to time.

2. Should be well versed in raising funds for Asset Securitisation, Term Loans (both short term and long term), Working Capital Limits, NCD's etc.

3. Will be in charge of handling Credit and Risk Management for financing of used Commercial vehicles.

4. To prepare annual budget, cash flow, fund flow, etc and to monitor Company's performance vis a vis Targets on monthly /quarterly basis.

5. Candidate should have a good command over all the accounting rules & standards and be upto date with the current Taxation Laws and Companies Act.

6. Candidate should have knowledge of Vat, Service Tax, TDS, preparation of monthly accounts upto finalization of annual Balance sheet alongwith returns.

7. To be upto date with RBI's rules and regulations governing NBFC and to ensure compliance of the Banking laws..

8. Will be a part of the top Management team responsible for driving the Company's growth and expansion plans.
