- Managing corporate treasury and overall leadership of the cash management and investment management functions of the Organization.

- Management of Company's foreign exchange exposure, including hedging of currencies and supervision of FX dealing.

- Responsible for facility documentation of non-fund based limits, FX transactions and other ancillary facilities

- Specific Functional Skills Required; Expertise in financial accounting, Treasury management, Receivables & payables management, Government incentive and International Taxation
