AGM - Technical Operations/Technical Development - Project Management

Designation -

AGM Technical Operations should have a high level of technical expertise as well as organization, leadership and communication skills.

Location: Mohali

Ideal candidate should have:

- A clear understanding of the Project Management processes, strategies and methods.

- A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams.

- The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles.

- Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving.

- Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Project Management.

- At least 3 years exp as Team Lead/Team Head.

- Should have done web/mob app development in his past career.

- Proven leadership skills and spoken English.

- Should have knowledge in .net/ or .net core/ or .net mvc. Knowledge of cloud services is an advantage, azure,cloud, devops, aws will be good to have as skills

Responsibilities:

- Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all staff members.

- Holding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects.

- Oversee Recruiting and training future employees to fulfil posted positions within the technical department.

- Supervise Project Managers and ensure that deadlines are followed.

- Prepare progress reports for senior management.

- Oversee the implementation of project improvements.

Has done pmp, project management parts and describe it, also if he has done WBS - work breakdown structure
