AGM - Taxation - CA - Mfg/Apparel

Urgent opening at Shahi Exports - We are looking for CA with 10 To 12 years of experience of handling all Tax Functions

Job Responsibilities

- Attending to tax matters (direct and indirect taxes) and liaison with external consultants in the matters of appeals before appellate authorities and tribunals

- Ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations under Income Tax, Tax deduction at Source, Value Added Tax, Service Tax and other applicable Statues

- Prepare papers for statutory auditors and coordinated with them for timely completion of audits

- Proficient of handling Income Tax matters , Commercial Taxes, Direct & Indirect Taxes and conducting Assessments.

- Preparation of Financial Statements.

- Good relationship management skills.

Desired Profile

- Candidate from any industry, preferably from textile/garments background

- Rich experience & knowledge of Tax Related Matters

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Should have excellent leadership and relationship management skills.
