There's an urgent need to hire a smart and dynamic Talent Management Lead for our client in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to Talent Management, Development and Learning & Development across offices and factories.
Client is a Large Specialty Chemical Manufacturer with their HO in Mumbai. Position reports to the CHRO.

- HR Talent Management at Corporate
- Responsible for complete L&D
- Evaluation and monitoring of training programs & Vendors
- Deliver Trainings
- Career Conversations & OD Interventions
- Leadership & Succession Development
- Manage Assessment Centers etc
Required Candidate profile
- PG/MBA in HR
- 10 - 20 years of experience as HR
- 5+ years exp in L&D and Talent Management
- Exp in Managing L&D for an org
- Can deliver, monitor, assess Training program & Vendors
- Some experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable but not mandatory
- Budget for this role is around 27 - 35 LPA
