Lead the Talent Acquisition function across the Group and acquire talent(Grades LC, PC and below) for all Group companies:
- Number and % of positions closed
- Quality of Hire
- TAT
- Cost of Hiring
- % of CVs sourced through Internal and external sources/ recruitment consultants
- Drive Campus Selection for MTs, GETs, GTs & Interns for the Group
- Number of Hires
- Quality of Hire
- TAT
- Cost of Hiring
- Roll-out AI technology based TA Transformations with a view to enhance quality of CV sourcing, selection, speed and quality of candidate experience
Relevant and total years of Experience :
- 10 + Years of Overall TA experience with minimum 5 years of experience of functioning in a large conglomerate.
- Experience of having successfully implemented TA Transformation Project
- Ability to handle diverse and wide range of business requirements
