This position is responsible for all facets of Talent Acquisition activities.
He or she will create the strategic plan for the function and ensure that the team has the capability to deliver on this plan.
It is expected that this position will employ innovative sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to ensure company is efficiently hiring the best possible talent for open vacancies as well as from a long-term pipeline building perspective.
Experience: Minimum 8-9 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in leading a recruiting function in complex and fast moving environments.
- Experience in handling Scale, volume and niche Leadership hiring.
- A strong working knowledge of the major recruiting technologies and processes and an understanding of best practices in recruiting
- Experience in handling internal employee communication.
