Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement effective lateral recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast hiring needs and create a talent pipeline for critical roles.
Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a database of potential lateral candidates.
Candidate Assessment:
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Administer and interpret assessment tests as needed.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on the progress of recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve the lateral recruitment process.
- Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
Skills:
- Preferable looking for someone expert in Bulk & Lateral Hiring.
- Should be strong in ATS management.
- Good experience on stakeholder management, market mapping, skill partnering.
- Should be strong SME in Voice capability Hiring.
- Preferred good exposure on Presentation & Excel spread sheet.
- Should manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding.
- Ability to attract and engage talent effectively.
- Understanding of the thorough recruitment cycle.
- Experience in Vendor Partner management.
- Excellent in communication & stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on lateral hiring for mid to senior-level positions.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
