AGM Supply Chain Management / Procurement

Opportunity for Supply Chain Management / Procurement with a leading direct broadcast satellite television provider / DTH Service provider for their upcoming Broadband business:

Role Title : AGM - Broad Band Procurement

Function : Finance

Department : SCM

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : GM - Procurement

Experience required :

- Strong commercial background with minimum 12 + years experience in the SCM vertical in Broadband industry

- 3+ years of national experience in procurement of similar products in a large organisation

Key accountabilities :

- Rollout of broadband trial project

- Must Have (Vendor Development/ Vendor Evaluation / Vendor negotiation & Finalization exp)

- Deliver SCM strategies for the Broad band Category

- Manage excellent relationship with user teams and suppliers with strong governance and performance management.

- Use Various Supply Chain Modelling including best Practices across broadband

- Collaborate and compete with stake holders effectively for maximizing cash flow and working at optimum commercials

- Market Intelligence including Purchase analysis

- Project roll out plan

Qualification, Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

- Bachelor's degree with MBA preferred

- Good communication skillsets

- Strong SCM professional background with good negotiation skillsets and experience in project rollouts

- Experience in managing large strategic partners

- Robust leader ship and innovative thinking

- Person should be self-starter and should be able to take decision and manage conflicts

- Experience in managing Supplier relationship management

- Well versed with SAP and MM Module

- Preferably a six sigma expert

- Delivery of the Savings Targets as per set KPI's
