Our client based at Goa is looking for AGM - Planning & Business Integration-Goa. Here are the key roles.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accountabilities Performance Indicators
- Strategic and Annual Operating Plan Framework
- Strategic Plan and annual operating plan prepared and adopted
- Project planning and monitoring In line with approved AOP Performance monitoring, review and control
- Periodical Management information reports Business Integration
- Delivery of integrated strategy, process & execution plan
- Coordination with all Functional Heads
- Driving Business Initiatives towards common objectives
- Managing key stakeholders Lenders/Authority/Construction & Business Partners
Market Intelligence
- Monitoring, Analysis & briefing Business heads on updates on external stakeholders & business sector
Dimensions
Financial Dimensions:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including substantial experience in financial modelling and valuation
Other Dimensions
- Ability to develop formal and informal relationships to leverage existing teams and workflow and gain focus on new areas of emphasis
- Should have vision, strategic capabilities and a long-term focus including business acumen and target- and result oriented approach
Skills & Knowledge
Educational Qualification
B.E. + MBA
Relevant and Total Years of Experience
Around 13-15 years of balanced experience in Infrastructure project management, project development, project advisory, project financing, advice on policy matters, commercial & regulatory aspects with exposure in Marketing & Business Development
Work Location- Goa
