Scope of Function: Business development of service lines such as.
1.End to End Back Office Services
2.Finance and Accounting Services
3.Outbound / Inbound Contact Centers Services
4.Web Based Research Services
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Head the Business development vertical for Global Markets
- Conceptualize & implement sales & marketing activities for the given verticals
- Identify services and develop business model for delivery of those services
- Prepare & Implement plans to meet revenue targets in target segment
- Map revenue projections and profitability statement
- Client Relationship and Account management - Ensure client satisfaction and continued relationships
- Maintain & track market intelligence
- Work with delivery and marketing team to align the efforts and responsibilities with the specific business deliverables
- Identify new avenues of growth / service lines in target segment.
General pointers to be looked at in each profile:
1) Should be handling a target of 3-4 crores /400-500 thousand pounds (Manager/Sr Manager), 6-8 crores ( AGM)
2) Should have handled front end ,B2B sales.
3) Should have travelled abroad ( UK,US,Europe,South Asia etc).Must have exposure to international markets.Should be travelling abroad.
4) Exposure to BPO/ITES,IT,Publishing
5) Exposure into getting new business as well as account management of existing business
6) Should have exposure in handling multiple clients
