We are looking for AGM / SM / Manager - Quality for world's leading service and outsourcing UK Based company based at Mumbai.
Information :
Salary - Max CTC 16 L As per the Norm
Work experience - 5+ years , DOMESTIC BPO , NON-TELECOM, Only BFSI
Job responsibilities
- Setting up quality monitoring processes for new and existing clients
- Will be responsible for delivering on all quality and CSAT metrics
- Will have to liaise with training, quality, hiring etc to ensure complete involvement in delivering quality
- Will have to liaise with the client on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Will have to attend MBRs, QBRs
- Will be responsible for process improvements where quality/CSAT metrics are not meeting goals
- Will have to build development plans for the quality team
Profile/skills
- Should have relevant experience in transactional quality and process improvement wsrt quality metrics
- Knowledge of COPC, Six Sigma, Lean desirable though not mandatory
- Great communication skills
- Competencies to checked would be customer focus, learn ability, ability to get work done, good analytical skills (ability to read, interpret data)
- Should have handled big teams and/or multiple sites
- Should have handled a client facing role
