AGM / Senior Manager (Talent Acquisition BPO)

- Develop appropriate hiring strategies, define roles & Res. of hiring team, & develop SLAs with stake holders to ensure an effective & efficient Rect. lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire. Should have extensive exp. in hiring through Campus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Creating a robust Talent Acquisition engine with an aim to bring forth recruitment efficiency.

- Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters for driving Recruitment delivery in a high performance environment.

- Hiring within TAT & attract the best-in-class talent for the organization, across all levels (Entry/ Lateral/ Leadership).

- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to hire the best and maintain the source mix at an optimal cost.

- Drive the Employee Referral and IJP Programs.

- Vendor partner Management.

- Set internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking/best practices.

- Review data and assess external talent environment to forecast talent supply & needs.

- Relationship management with key stakeholders.

- Organize recruitment events, online & offline to establish a strong employer brand.

- Track recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring

Qualification And Experience :

- 15+ years of experience majorly focused on talent acquisition into bulk hiring, campus & mid-level hiring. Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent acquisition programs.

- Must have expertise in recruiting across entry, lateral and Leadership levels for reputed organizations.

- Must have experience in driving talent acquisition strategy and delivery.

- Experience in recruitment branding.

- Should be a go-getter, who has an ability to drive strategic talent acquisition goals for the organization in a fast paced, complex environment.

- Experience building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Experience in leading, managing and mentoring a high performing team.
