Position Title : DH-Sustainability

Designation: AGM / Sr. Manager

Location of the position : Mumbai / Kolkata

Educational Qualifications : B.E / B. Tech with experience in Sustainability, RCM, Quality Management, Audit, etc.

Experience of Candidate : 7-15 Years of Experience

Job Purpose:

Key Activities:

- Assist in developing and implementing the Sustainability Framework.

- Engage with internal stake holders to identify & evaluate sustainability projects.

- Identification, assessing, tacking and mitigation of Risks associated with Sustainability.

- Identify and periodically review sustainability issues based on expectations of external and internal stakeholders and the impact on business performance.

- Create and convene forums with internal and external stakeholders for proactive identification of sustainability issues, concerns and the quality and extent of sustainability reporting.

- Closely monitor regulatory requirements related to sustainability and sensitize all the concerned process owners to ensure compliance to the regulations.

- Track and stay abreast of ESG-related developments and trends from a market, regulatory and thematic perspective, providing insights, best practice guidance, and thought leadership and creating / modifying strategies to adapt accordingly.

- All stat and corporate data are submitted within deadline

- Ensure that all data is accurately submitted on RCM module within the stipulated timelines

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of data for Business Review meetings

Technical Competencies :

- Corporate Sustainability development

- Sustainability framework/Policy/Plan development

- GRI, CDP, LCA and Carbon trading

- ESG / EHS reporting, due diligence and compliance monitoring

- Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment

- Energy & Water Management, Energy & Water Efficiency, Energy& Water Audits and Benchmarking
