Job Description
Reporting directly to CHRO
Responsibilities will include :
- Work closely with the employees and various stakeholders to identify areas of employee development and handling aspirations of the employees and the business
- Identify the gaps within different functions and create a framework to address the same
- Work closely with the staffing team and employees to understand their skill sets and potential areas of strength and design + execute out of the box strategies to build talent
- Create, Lead the performance management process with a focus on consistent development and capability building
- Analyse, evaluate and design best practices for compensation, rewards and employee benefits
- Manage, Design, Develop and implement Talent Development, engagement and career progression of the employees
The Successful Applicant
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures around Talent Management, Organisation Development, PMS, L&D, Rewards and Benefits.
- Should have had exposure to best practices in HR and should be able to design policies and establish best practices from scratch
- Should have 8-10 years of experience in HR and should have been in an independent HR role
- Start-up experience is a must have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with an manufacturing company shall be preferred
- Full Time MBA in HR from premier institute
