Key Talent Infusion, Planning & Acquisition
- Participate in manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the business with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower
- Identify issues, process & capability gaps to improve manpower productivity and minimize redundancies
- Responsible for the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Work with business and do hiring as per the approved manpower budget
- On-board Key employees and handhold them for first 6 months.
Talent Management & Learning and Development
- Work with the OD team & functions heads to drive the Talent Management Activities - Drive culture change through OD interventions
- Work on short-term and long-term career movement in line with business needs
- Basis Talent Management actions work with L&D team to complete learning paths for long term impact & measure desired effectiveness
Performance Management:
- Drive the Performance Management process for all the functions as per the PMS guidelines
- Work with managers and associates to identify and address performance related issues.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on corrective action items including performance improvement plans and discipline issues.
Employee Relations:
- Facilitate employee grievance handling and build solutions to address them for long-term
- Work closely with business team to build respectable culture and drive the values of the organization
Employee Engagement, Recognition & Employee communication:
- Proactive approach to check the engagement level of employees in the region
- Devise various engagement activates and touch points to prompt attrition and work toward retention of key talent
- Drive recognition in the region to increase the engagement levels
- Work with stakeholders to disseminate the employee communication in spread out environment Classification:
