Experience : 12 to 16 yrs

Qual: Graduate, preferably in commerce stream / CS / Bachelor of Laws (Desirable)

CTC: 28 to 33 lacs

Job Description:

- AGM Secretarial to have 10 years of experience in listed companies & overall exp should be more than 15 yrs and currently can be sr. Manager or AGM secretarial, we don't need Head - CS. Listed company exp is mandatory and he should be capable enough to handle board meetings, AGMs, etc and perfection in verbal and written communication. Must be handling big companies in size of 8-10 thousand crs. Preferred Industry is manufacturing

- Convening of meetings of the Board, Board Committees and Shareholders

- Merger, Amalgamations, Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Divestment, Joint Ventures in India and abroad

- Compliances under Listing Regulations and other SEBI Regulations

- Compliances under Companies Act, FEMA and other Corporate Laws

- Payment of Dividend

- Handling and management of investors' grievances

- Handling and management of ESOPs

- Liaising with Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, and other Government agencies

- Management of Statutory Compliances as applicable to the Company

- Maintenance of statutory records

- Command over written and spoken English, Team Player, Managing and Leading Secretarial and cross-functional teams
