AGM - Seafood Processing Unit

- Head the seafood processing Unit - where the product range includes full range of seafood, breaded and frozen products - for all functions including Operations, Administration, Sales and P&L of the company.

- 10+ years of experience in seafood processing factory with 350+ employees and US/GCC export accreditation. Exposure to technical processes involved, administration, Sales & P&L responsibility.

- Should be able to manage all activities of the Unit, with all functions reporting to the AGM. Should be exposed to the technicalities involved in export accreditation.

- Administration includes managing the manpower, responsibility for overall profitability, market expansion plans etc. also.

- Should have hands-on in leading or managing the production process in seafood and frozen food processing companies. Exposure to other administration functions and marketing is also required.
