Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Formulating and implementing business and promotional strategies
- Understanding the market dynamics, end customer perception, competition portfolio and positioning company's product portfolio in the right market segments to meet end customer requirements
- Defining & adding value proposition.
- Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing sales strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Achieving the sales targets assigned by the management.
- Leading the sales team.
- Monitoring the complete techno commercial activities.
- Organizing participation in trade shows.
- Customer follow ups, Demonstrations, Preparation & Submission of Quotes, Preparation & maintaining sales documentation.
- Key accounts handling.
- Coordination with overseas partners.
- Support & Substitute for colleagues & subordinates as & when required.
- Reporting to higher management as and when required
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Should have prior experience of sales and marketing in the field of selling industrial products of foreign origin, preferably related to wire harness industry.
- Should possess very good communication skills.
- Should preferably possess good knowledge of wire harness technology
Experience :
12 years+ of work experience in Wire Harness industry or related field
Qualification :
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/ Mechatronic) with MBA in Sales/ Marketing
