Job Description:
- Candidate's experienced in Luxury sales or Sales in reputed real estate firm In Bangalore location like Villas, Apartments (Residential and Commercial both).
- Executing sales for residential units.
- Working with channel partners for regular inflow of leads.
- Demonstrating products to potential customers and assist them, in selecting best option suited to their needs.
- Lead generation by digital media and organizing events.
- Collections and execution of agreement for the booked clients.
- Looking after Residential and Commercial projects for the company.
- Managing and maintaining the prospects in pipeline
- Lead generation by conducting marketing activities, seminar selling, mailer activities and paper ads.
- Duty to map potential customers and generate leads.
- Maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
Note : Minimum Ticket size should be : 1.5 Cr
