This position is responsible for networking and finding clients for sale of the Groups luxury residential properties.
The incumbent should have knowledge and understanding along with an excellent network in the luxury industry and also should be a strong communicator, with the ability to establish trust, develop relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales of the real estate groups luxury residential property
- Network with the ultra HNI clients for sales, following the leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing the sale.
- Planning and implementing strategies to attract the Ultra HNI clients
- Establishing relationships with all sales partners.
- Responsible for post-sales cycle and customer satisfaction.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters sales opportunities
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- 7+ years of rich experience in Ultra luxury Sales and Business Development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience of managing sales cycle with B-to-C selling process
- Must possess self-motivation and competitive mindset in growing HNI customer base.
- The ability to work successfully in an extremely competitive & entrepreneurial environment.
