Role summary :
To act as business drivers and organization builders of a human capital powerhouse which currently operates in the real estate space but is not limited to operating in this space alone. This role is a key leadership role as strategists act as the mind of the organization, responsible for the end-to-end execution of programs spanning multiple functions and domains.
Work experience with Real Estate - Builders and Developers is important
Role description :
1. Engaging with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and providing appropriate recommendations on execution
2. Creating business plans and GTM strategies and implementing strategic & tactical initiatives towards revenue generation for projects as applicable
3. Managing the P&L of projects for a defined time period with complete ownership of all decisions made towards the same
4. Using data to understand sales trends / market trends / customer behaviour and making relevant recommendations to top management based on this data
5. Developing new initiatives & new business units
6. Creating policies, guidelines and SOPs around sales, marketing and administrative activities
Work experience (if applicable) :
1. Work experience in a sales / sales enablement role (either as ASM or as Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing)
2. Work experience in an advisory role within a sales structure (EA to Head of Sales, EA to MD)
Functional knowledge & technical ability :
1. Understanding of sales and marketing concepts & theory
2. Ability to analyse data and derive trends / understanding from it
3. Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel)
Behavioral characteristics :
1. Clearly able to differentiate right from wrong with a strong moral compass
2. Capable of taking ownership of complex problems & structures
3. Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances
4. Comfortable with operating within chaos / with limited information
