Position Purpose:
- Drive business opportunities in Indian Power sector market.
Dimensions:
- Interact with Utilities for Project development.
- Identify Growth sectors within the market segments and provide customized solutions based on diverse technologies.
- Develop bidding strategies for the Indian market
Principal Account-abilities:
- Understanding of Indian Power sector & its dynamics.
- Evaluate Project feasibility in alignment with organizational growth strategies.
- Work closely with customers & consultants to develop business cases for new technology adaptation.
- Understand & translate the customer needs& share the same internally within the organization& with
Other overseas offices.
- Possess good understanding of bidding processes followed for Large Projects.
- Develop technical & commercial proposals for EPC bids.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
Nature & Scope
- Develop a strong presence in the market.
- Closely interact and coordinate with MHPS overseas marketing and technical teams
- Negotiate contracts with customers
Educational Qualification
- BE/BTech with 15 years in sales & Marketing in power sector.
Experience - 15 to 20 years- experience in power/energy sector
Specific Skills - High level of technical expertise and knowledge of Power sector equipment's.
- Possess a strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to analyze market data and prepare sales lead reports
- Highly ethical and able to work in cross functional teams
