Profile :
Role Objective
- The position incumbent will be responsible for driving talent management & development, DEI, employee engagement, performance management and HR business partner (Sales & Mktg) role.
- HR business partnering for sales & marketing teams - 25%
- Drive organization development and talent management initiatives. Facilitate competency assessment, talent discussions and reviews, Hi-Po development and Succession Planning - 15%
- Partner with leadership to design and implement appropriate reward & recognition programs to reinforce company values and desired behavior's - 10%
- Ensure Performance Management process is carried out effectively 10%
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives, Employee Surveys and FGDs 10%
- Facilitate Training & Development - Drive learning , identification of T&D needs and tracking of IDP, review of progress and measure effectiveness - 10%
- Reporting and analysis of data for trends and decision making related to assigned areas. Creating dashboards - 10%
- Managing employee communications, policy & SOP updates, and functional compliances in relevant areas - 10%
