AGM - Sales - Events

Wanted a Business Development AGM level person, for an Events vertical called Buzz Events Clinic in the organization Orchid Corporates Services India Pvt. Ltd.

The organization is a 12 year old organization with multiple lines of business such as Travel, Events, Technology, Real Estate and Corporate Marketing.

The vertical has product lines related to Events, Product Launches, Road shows, Corporate meetings, Outbound meetings and events etc.

The person needs to essentially have an events professional background, with min of 7 years of experience. The following Skills and attributes are critical:

1. An out-an-out networker

2. A brilliantly creative bent of mind

3. Outstanding communication and influencing skills

4. Should be a top grader in interpersonal skills with the capability of converting negative minded customers to positive minded ones.

5. Entrepreneurial bent of mind will be important

6. Ability to move to a team leaders profile after a successful stint of 2-3 years.
