Position: AGM Retail Marketing Reporting to Head Marketing Location: Bangalore Qualification: Full time MBA with 10+ years of experience, Must have handled retail marketing and Store opening both Job Purpose: - To support the retail vertical by marketing the stores, driving superlative customer experiences, executing new store openings, and aiding in achieving channel sales and growth objectives. Key Job Responsibilities Exclusive Store Marketing: - Drive the store central marketing calendar aligning with the brand calendar across ATL and Digital mediums. - Implement local store marketing objectives through BTL activations and hyperlocal marketing strategies. - Oversee in-store visual merchandising, planogramming, product communication, and display requirements. - Manage the company's Xclusive channel advertising and promotions budget. Customer Experience: - Implement customer delight initiatives through brand alliances in gift cards, payment solutions, and EMI options. - Enhance customer engagement and experience through Loyalty Programs, Endless Aisle, WhatsApp commerce, and data-driven omnichannel communication flows. - Improve store experience through Customer Feedback, service metrics, and Store Audits. - Support strategic planning and business process setup through process improvements (automation) and monitoring to foster a conducive culture for growth. - Drive store and team learning objectives through E-Learning and Classroom Training sessions. Conduct regular market visits to gather market intelligence and feedback from stores and the retail team. New Store Opening: - Provide design support for all FOFO (Franchise Owned Franchise Operated) stores and ensure customer experience standards are maintained. - Project manage all Company store openings, including recee, design, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Capex, vendor finalization, kick-off, supervision, payments, handover, and asset register. - Maintain store standards at all Company stores and drive revamp and renovation projects as required to upgrade the store shopping experience. Manage the company store capex budget and ensure timely and cost-effective execution with the help of vendors and internal team members.
