Location: Mumbai, Delhi & Chennai
Salary: Upto 15 lacs (inclusive 10% variable)
Role is responsible for driving Mid / Senior level Talent Acquisition PAN India. Individual Contributor role.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage Mid to Senior level Talent Acquisition PAN India for key businesses
- Ensure consistent focus on Cost, Quality and closure TAT
- Senior stakeholder Management & Engagement
- Own accountability for Talent Acquisition Policies, frameworks & governance.
Ideal Candidate:
- 8 -12 years- experience, mostly managing Mid to senior level hiring
- Conversant with building Talent acquisition Policies and frameworks
- IT / ITES / BPO domain experience mandatory
- Strong industry knowledge
- Able relationship building skills.
- Developing Alternate channels of recruitment.
