AGM - Quality Assurance in Trivandrum
Should be currently working for SaaS /Big Data / Data Science based Software Product companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement
- Analyses deficiencies in service or performance and recommends product or service improvements to address problems
- Establish and maintain policy for documentation of applications.
- Reviews/Make technical and user documentation before making application live and it is sent out to application users.
- Establish policy for end user experience on all applications.
- Create performance benchmark for customer facing and internal users applications.
- Create a check list for all delivery teams before releasing to stake holders
- Develops proposals to improve reliability, product quality and developmental cycle time and supports continuous improvements to ensure that customer needs/requirements are adequately translated into product requirements.
- Deals with Quality standards in internal and external communications and trainings
- Ensures teams follow the organisations established policies and procedures
Key Challenges
- Defining test strategies for both structured and unstructured data validation
- Defining SMART KRAs for fellow team members to guide their activities hence enabling them to contribute beyond their level
Qualifications Required
- BE/BTech/MCA/Msc Computers and any Quality standard certifications (Six Sigma, ISO etc)
- Experience Required: 12+yrs of experience with Product Development Companies
Skills Required (Technical/Domain / Process Related)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
- Be a strong leader with experience in implementing and shaping the companys Quality processes and strategies in Software product based organizations
- Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional ideally in a continuous delivery environment
- Advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and industry recognized Best Practices
- Experience in Big Data technologies.
