Job Role

- Procurement and Material Management

- Stores, Material Handling, Stock and Inventory

- Deal Vendors & Negotiate the Rate, Avail the Materials for the Site, Coordinate with Site Stores & Management.

- Prepare Purchase Order/Work Order & take Approval by General Manager/Vice President/Executive Directory Control

- Taking care of equipment for bulk material handling business unit Expanding procurement plans, pricing analysis and deciding buying strategies to buy at optimum cost with quality Accountable for allocating the work and managing work towards on-time and with cost effectiveness

- Directing the development and implementation of key purchase/ procurement strategies

- Preparation of different monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly procurement plans as per budgeted details.

- Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and various terms and conditions with them.- Vendor's factory visit to ensure timely supply of materials, checking quality of raw materials / finished goods.
