Job Description:

- Managing client expectations by implementing a combination of Macro and Micro Project Management strategies so as to ensure project teams are able to perform independently but yet , in a controlled environment.

- Extensive involvement in the Interior / MEP design process that includes high density labs , expansive workstation areas and high end collaboration spaces.

- Ensure that every procurement decision is in line with set process and align the entire procurement plan to be compliant with stringent audit requirements.

- Mentor teams to focus on creating enhanced value in addition to handing over the project as per the mandate.

- Monitor quality / process compliance requirements across the project life cycle and implement active knowledge sharing initiatives so as to ensure that no team works in isolation and best practices are spread evenly across all projects.
