AGM - Product - Lighting Firm

Key Responsibilities :

This role will be responsible for leading and growing the company's specific product management, product design and product quotations teams as they work to develop and implement product, customer, and regional strategies.

- Responsible for bottom line & market creation ,looking for new opportunities ,nurture it and then seamless handing over to the sales teams

- Knowledge about Professional LED products along with lighting automation

- Understands market needs, trends, and new technologies to develop growth opportunities

- Work directly with marketing to develop integrated marketing strategy for the product portfolio

- Work with sales and operations to develop and implement regional strategies for pricing, product placement, and inventory management

- Knowledge about costing, working closely with BU for customization requirements of the customers .Positioning it with sales team to the customers

- Achieve business target of the year

- Knowledge of Vendor Management
