AGM - Product Head - Commercial Business - Collections

Key responsibility - Collections :

Job description :

- Design, develop, plan and manage Debt Service strategy for Commercial Business.

- Person will be responsible for Debt Service Management for Pan India .(approx.. Portfolio Size Rs 13000Crs / Del book Rs 1000Crs approx.)

- Must have thorough knowledge of commercial vehicle and construction equipment Industry / market .

- Should have a strong capability in managing relationship business, ability to engage with promoters of small and medium enterprise.

- Should have the capability of managing large team (over 90-100 on-role employees), assertive and high on decisiveness.

- Must have fair idea of tracking KPI /P&L / Vintage curves and understanding of forecasting and risk models.

- Must have basic legal know-how.

- Should have the capability to identifying incipient portfolio risk.

- Ability to work with multiple stake holders .

- Should have strong analytical bent.
