Job Profile:

- Experience in procurement organization management is mandatory

- Procurement planning and status management for overseas brand within APHQ

- Establish procurement procedure along with SOP

- Overall management of procurement system

- Sub - Contractor management (Bidding pool management, vendor Evaluation, operation evaluation and etc)

- Scheduling of APHQ regular procurement bidding

- New business management and purchase support for APHQ branches

- Review and support of inter- corporate procurement linkage project

- Overall cost management
