Urgent Opening for Plant HR IR for Leading company in automotive Industry

Experience: 15-22 Years

Education regular Graduation and MBA/MSW/ PGDM

Job Discription:

- Management of External Environment.

- Disciplinary Procedures / Court Cases

- Liaosning with Govt. Official & Local Administration (Labour office etc.) for ensuring a compliance based organisation.

- Networking with other Companies (Major OEMs, Vendors etc.)

- Connect with nearby villages for smooth operations.

Driving management agendas ahead through formulation & smooth functioning of various statutory CFTs such as Canteen Management Committee, Welfare Committee, Works Committee, etc

- Provide training to supervisors for effective supervision

- Identify Training needs of the of the blue/white collared workforce & organize training program accordingly.

- Plant-wise weekly meeting with Dept SPOC

- Monitor absenteeism & ensure requsite attendance as per organisational norms.

- Counseling of identified person who are non-performers & arrive upon improvement plans for them.

- Grievance Redressal & Discipline Management.

- Formulating & Managing existing Grievance Handling forums

- Ensure Disciplinary Procedures including Domestic enquiry

- Shop Floor Discipline: Pulse gathering

- Smooth handling of incidences impacting IR.

- MIS & Reporting: Disciplinary MIS, SMC, BRM updates, stakeholder's Meeting MOMs, Feedback Mapping, etc.

- Continuous effort to reduce indiscipline issues.
