- Study As-is Process, design and implement to-be process for Performance Audit
Performance Goal Setting:
-Lead the goal setting process and ensure Goals are SMART and are aligned with
-AOP, will be responsible for extensive analysis of the legacy as well as current Goal Sheet for Vice President and above
-Responsible for monitoring progress of completion of goal sheets
-Lead Pre-Audit process
-Conducting Goal Setting Workshops
Performance Audit:
-Lead the process and will be responsible for extensive analysis of the legacy as well as current appraisal forms for Vice President and above
-Further Improvement of Process, identification of gaps and implementation of actions arising from audits
-Responsible for monitoring progress toward achieving Org goal
-Reviewing Mid-year /Annual completion and ensure dialogue between manager and employees
