- Reviewing payroll, compensation master data in order to maintain integrity and accuracy of employee data.
- Payroll processing involving computation of salaries, attendance, leave, taxable and reimbursable entitlements, PF, ESIC, TDS, and other statutory liabilities.
- Ensuring all the statutory compliance requirements with respect to Labour Laws, Bonus Act, Provident Fund, Income Tax, Professional Tax and ESIC.
- Developing and maintaining documentation, pay-slips & controls for all payroll related activities and attaining approvals on consolidated salary advice.
- Accountable for effective negotiations / finalization of vendor contracts for employee benefits programs like Banking, Health Insurance,Financial Planning, Tax return submission
