The Job:
- As an Organization Development Specialist, you would be responsible for designing OD interventions for the organization, facilitating Development Centers, leading coaching projects, conducting classroom and virtual Leadership training programs, creating content and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. Key aspects of the role include:
- Understanding the needs of employees in depth by engaging with key stakeholders and administering diagnostic tools
- Designing OD interventions like High Performer study, Job and Competency Analysis etc.
- Independently facilitate Development Centers which includes designing tools, facilitating the center, sharing feedback, analyzing data and presenting the trends, creating participant reports and individual development plans.
- Handling independent projects like Coaching which includes - Executive coaching for Senior Management, handling the internal coaching - coverage, training, reports, support to new coaches
- Planning and Communication within the training team and across functions
