Engeering in Mechanical/ Marine+ PG in Business Administration with 14 yrs+ exp from Shipping , logistics Auto Ancillary/ Telecom Infrastructure background

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development for Western India regions

- Business Management and analysis

- Execution Mindset & provide mentoring and guidance to the team

Key Skills

- Reach or exceed the financial and non-financial business objectives

- Compliance with both external regulations and internal values, standards, policies and procedures

- Timely identification and action of risks to avoid them turning into issues

- An engaged and capable organization where safety is visibly prioritized and LTI’s are continuously reduced.

- Maintain present business from group companies as customers while increasing 3rd party share

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- A drive to optimise and grow, in a organised manner in the equipment maintenance and repair business

- Strong people management skills, including coach and develop leaders on both leadership and functional expertise

- Business and Commercial acumen. Past leadership experience

- Market insight of container repair logistics and network

- Fluency in written and verbal English
