About the Role:

This Position will be a full-time leadership role. Working in conjunction with Director and leading the sales, account management/technical support and marketing teams within the external facing functions together with other members of the Senior Leadership and Management Team and, to propose and co-ordinate agreed strategies for the development of the company, in order to ensure that the company is positioned as a scientific leader.

Brief about Project:

National Generator Emissions Control Programme is a creation of the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency, NESREA, to control air pollution from stationary sources particularly from power generating sets in Nigeria. With the help of this programme, the Agency may make regulations setting specifications and standards to protect and enhance the quality of Nigeria's air resources, so as to promote the public health or welfare and the natural development and productive capacity of the nations' human, animal, marine or plant life including, in particular:

Objectives of this Role:

- Ability to lead a green field project.

- In conjunction with other functions, monitor and direct the technical support activities of the company and establish appropriate systems and operations to grow the users.

- The role has to actively interact and liaison with government officials.

- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.

- Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives.

- Complying with the government projects.

- Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources.

- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners.

- Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan.

- To engage and handle all the key stakeholders in the zone across the regulatory spectrum, investors, promoters, and competition.

- Responsible for the annual budget and financial performance across units and ownership of the P&L of the zone.

- Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company.

- To lead and engage with the human resources of the zone with responsibility of their recruitment, training and retention.

- Lead the management business in the zone across multiple units at a strategic and operational level.

- Nigeria work experience will be a plus.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ensuring the quality of technical support provided to the government officials.
