We are looking AGM - Operations for world's leading service and outsourcing UK Based company based at gurgaon.

Our Client

Our client is a leading global Business Process Outsourcing Provider supporting multinational clients with over 40,000 employees in 50 delivery centers across US, UK, Europe, India, the Philippines, Australia, Middle East & Africa.

Information :

CTC : As per the Norm

Positions reporting directly to this position : Operations Manager/Team Managers/SM

Education : Graduate in any discipline, Preferably a MBA/ PGDBM from a reputed Institute

Experience : 10+ years

NATURE OF EXPERIENCE: (IN SPECIFIC SECTOR / POSIITON / ROLE)

- At least 3+ years at a senior managerial level of leading large teams for Outbound BPO Domestic Processes (non telecom)

- Experience in Domestic Services BPOs/Large BPO setup / Call center Set up is Desired

- Excellent track record during past work experience; Stability in previous jobs.

Job Purpose

Lead a team of 700-1500 FTEs/ agents :

1. Manage the Entire Voice – Outbound (Non Telecom) Campaign

2. Compliance: Ensure smooth functioning of the process and compliance to procedures and policy guidelines;

3. People Development: Lead the team into operational growth and maximization of revenue;

4. Delivery as per SLAs: Manage the process as per clients requirements;

5. Support: Support future clients/ new processes.

6. Review and analyze performance reports against targets on a weekly/monthly basis

7. Assist management with career development activities for Operations Manager, team managers and leaders, including performance management, feedback and training

8. Conduct the Succession Planning exercise for all levels

9. Resolve issues/ disagreements, if any with the Client

10. Assist the transition team during new client introductions and liaise with decision maker(s), determine viability of partnership, prepare and oversee submission of appropriate client proposals.

11. Ensure regular client interaction
