- Managing delivery of business against the target set within the allotted spend budget w.r.t. trade marketing plans and activity and executing the same in the trade.
- Ensuring conceptualization and execution of brand-level annual and seasonal trade plans and developing trade schemes based on market requirements and budgets.
- Driving the implementation of best-in-class trade marketing initiatives and point-of-sale (POS) design and development, internally or by agencies or suppliers, to ensure inputs are provided to the right markets, channels, and outlets.
- Analyzing market intelligence and sales analytics data to drive business improvement and review the utility of the schemes and interventions rolled out against the desired outcome.
- Leads the full year business planning and trade budgeting activity in co-ordination with Head - TM, Finance and respective Brand Directors.
- Strategizes and monitors final execution of New Product launch - rollout, final GTM strategy and trade marketing initiatives and full year business outlook for the product.
- Develops trade marketing budgets as per brand / channel /region and ensures standards to measure and monitor trade spends.
- Allocates budget for various activities; monitors adherence to the budgets and analyses trade spends and other trade expenses across all brands / channels /regions.
- Finalizes calendar of activities on the basis of building blocks and trade marketing plans and monitors execution by proper communication down the line.
- Conceptualizes and designs brand intervention for the month/ quarter/ season basis market intelligence and allotted brand budget to ensure top line business delivery for assigned brands.
- Captures and analyzes market intelligence to arrive at trade inputs/ offers which beats competition within the allotted budget.
