Company - One of our reputed MNC client.

Job Location - Gurgaon / Mumbai.

Industry - IT Hardware.

Position : AGM / Manager - Enterprise Service Delivery.

Reporting to : GM - Services.

Years of Experience : 10+years

1. Responsible for overall service function for assigned territory which includes Service provider Operations, Customer Management like Commercial customer ( large accounts , Very large accounts , Global customers ).

2. Responsible for overall Service Delivery function which includes Customer delight, maintaining TAT, Regular meeting with key customers.

3. Developing, Implementing and monitoring Key Service performance matrices for services partners across the region.

4. Managing Customer escalation, SLA's and other Key service metrics on weekly / monthly basis

5. Drive Cost reduction Key service metrics on weekly / monthly basis

6. Audit partners on monthly / quarterly basis.

7. Technical training for all partners and their compliance to have certified engrs

8. Build interpersonal relation with Sales and business partners
