Nephrology handled candidates required for AGM level position for critical care division.
- Collaborate with all SBUs to maximize opportunities in the Key Accounts Segment
- Improve performance of key focus brands and new products
- Enhance the relationships with all decision makers and influencers in large accounts. Process sales requests and orders for large volume deals
- Manage execution of sales leads. Ensure effective distribution network through stockists for proper goods availability
- Attain proper product mixes and thereby contribute maximum towards organization profits
- Work with marketing teams to provide marketing support to key clients. Ensure absolute implementation of company strategies. Make sure complete coverage of existing customers and better customer service
- Determine strategic importance of sales leads, understanding right product mix to pitch to key accounts
- Be accountable to monthly/Half yearly/early sales targets.
