Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, handling employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and creating a pipeline of top talent. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruiting experience.
Qualifications :
- Full-life cycle recruiting and hiring experience
- Experience in employer branding and recruiting top talent
- Excellent interviewing skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of HR technology and recruitment tools
- Professional certification in HR is a plus
- Volume Hiring experience is must
