Prospect Generation - IPC Engagement and RFP management
- Increase the prospect base for commercial office space leasing
- Relationship building with IPCs & Local Commercial Brokers to generate prospects and business opportunities
- Effective utilization of Trade bodies memberships through promotions,sponsorship, events etc.
- Use online research tools to generate prospective leads
Commercial Negotiations and Deal Closure:
- Responsible for execution of legal documentation and commencement of transaction
- Conclude ongoing commercial transactions for multi-tenanted buildings,
- Build-to-suit, and Community/Social Infra, retail, and F&B spaces
Marketing and Branding
- Responsible for creation of all requisite marketing collateral (Print and digital)
- Responsible for smooth and effective functioning of the experiential sales center
Customer Engagement
- Responsible for client site visits
- Satisfactorily responding to customer queries
- Act as an account manager for clients through effective intradepartmental coordination during the entire lifecycle till signing of lease and handover
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Responsible for legal documentation (License, CAM Agreement)
- Interaction with Accounts and finance for transaction and billing structure
- Design and Project - technical details, client query management
- Operations - From technical standpoint, transactional commencement
