AGM/Manager - IT - Real Estate

Urgent Opening For AGM /Manager-IT -For Reputed Real estate Company

Experience-Minimum 7-12 years

Key responsibilities:

- Candidate will act as a interface between business units and technology teams

- Candidates are responsible for interacting closely with business users in assigned departments

- Engage, identify areas of IT opportunities, convert user needs into system requirements

- Understanding the business issues and data challenges of users’ organization

- Finalizing requirements, specifications, business processes and generating recommendations related to proposed solution.

- Developing functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.

- Making RFPs, budget proposals, estimating costs in consultation with vendors / solution providers

- Working directly with the implementation team consisting of vendors & users to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution

- Managing user expectations, training, documentation and managing escalations.

- Identifying critical issues and working with the PMO to deliver the projects on time, quality and cost

- Managing client expectations and ensuring implemented solutions are utilized effectively

Others

- Develop customized IT solutions keeping in mind the requirements of over 2000 users.

- Comprising of three verticals SAP, applications and Infrastructure & Operations

- Select best in class solutions relevant to the high growth stage.

- Engage, analyze, identify and implement relevant high-impact technologies.
