AGM - M&A - Infrastructure Firm

- Handle Overseas debt finance and analyses and execution of equity and structured fundraising for the group overseas.

- Lead & Maintain relationships with heads of various fund houses based in the Asia Pacific region and key investors to ensure easy access to capital as well as fair valuation of the company.

- Lead & handle all overseas business development activities from the company's perspective.

- Responsible for maintaining relationships with analysts, MFs, and Flls across Asia Pacific Region and across businesses.

- Responsible for Financial Modeling, Valuation, Financial structuring, etc.
