Job Profile is below -
Educational qualifications: MBA
Work experience - Overall work-ex of 7-8 years and at least 3 years of team handling experience.
Functional knowledge & technical ability
The role would include handling the end-to-end responsibility of a brand/s, identifying marketing and sales issues, conducting analyses, putting together conclusions and effectively deploying marketing plans and programs. The role would mandate to work closely with associates with key functions within the organization and outside. You would be regularly involved in interactions with the senior / top management
1. To create and manage the loyalty portfolio for the business by understanding present and future business opportunities with effective marketing tools
2. To create and deploy marketing strategies at Loyalty portfolio, segment and Company levels (as required) so as to achieve desired business results.
3. To work with our direct marketing agencies to create relevant marketing plan which is in-line with the proposed positioning
4. Ideating, developing and implementing online interface for the customer relationship management.
5. To work out appropriate media strategy to meet brand objectives as also to deliver required efficiencies in terms of new launches, referral ladder improvisation, events, alliances and more.
6. To monitor and manage marketing budgets for allocated brands
7. To create and manage the loyalty portfolio for the business by understanding present and future business opportunities with effective marketing tools
8. To create and deploy marketing strategies at Loyalty portfolio, segment and Company levels (as required) so as to achieve desired business results.
